2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and deliver styling services, process payments and send confirmations, analyze your photos to provide color and body shape analysis, send you results and recommendations, communicate with you about your services, respond to support requests, improve our Service and develop new features, send marketing communications with your consent, prevent fraud and enhance security, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with trusted third parties who help us operate the Service. Stripe processes all payment transactions and stores payment card information securely, subject to Stripe's privacy policy. We use secure third-party authentication for login and receive only basic profile information (name, email); we never have access to your authentication passwords. Our styling analysis technology processes uploaded photos for color and style analysis securely. Email and analytics providers send communications and analyze aggregate, anonymized site usage. We require all providers to protect your information and use it only for specified purposes.
4. How We Protect Your Information
Security measures include SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, secure password hashing, restricted access to personal information, regular security audits, secure cloud storage for uploaded photos, and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing through Stripe. No security system is impenetrable, but we employ industry-standard practices to protect your data.
5. Your Uploaded Photos
Photos are used solely to provide styling analysis, stored securely, and never shared publicly without your explicit consent. You may request deletion of your photos at any time. We retain photos only as long as necessary to deliver services or as required by law, and photos are not used to train any external systems without your separate consent.
6. Data Retention
Account information is retained while your account is active. Service results are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. Payment records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, delete your account and all associated data, opt out of marketing communications, export your data in a portable format, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 8. Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time by visiting our Account Deletion page. When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed: profile information, color analysis results, outfit analyses, body shape analyses, style profiles, closet audit data, wishlist items, measurement profiles, and activity history. 9. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and settings, authenticate your login sessions, analyze site usage and performance, deliver targeted advertising, and improve user experience. We may send promotional emails about our services. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link. We will never sell your email address to third parties. Transactional emails such as order confirmations and results cannot be opted out of.
